All pricing data, market valuations, and portfolio calculations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a basis for any financial decision. 1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WatchVin mobile application or accessing this website (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WatchVin (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not create accounts using automated means, maintain multiple accounts, use another person's account without permission, or provide false or misleading information during registration.

4. No Financial or Investment Advice

WatchVin is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, investment advisor, or appraisal service. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or appraisal advice of any kind.

All market pricing, portfolio valuations, price trend data, and market intelligence features are provided for informational and educational purposes only. This information:

  • Is derived from third-party data sources that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed
  • Does not reflect guaranteed future values or performance
  • Should not be used as the sole basis for any purchase, sale, insurance, or financial decision
  • Does not constitute an appraisal, valuation certificate, or authentication opinion

5. Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to facilitate fraud, misrepresentation, or the sale of counterfeit goods
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its servers
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the Service — including the App design, interface, graphics, text, AI models, algorithms, databases, and compilations of market data — is owned by or licensed to WatchVin and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Watch brand names, trademarks, and reference designations mentioned in the Service are the property of their respective manufacturers. WatchVin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any watch manufacturer or brand.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY PRICING DATA, MARKET INFORMATION, OR AI-GENERATED IDENTIFICATION RESULTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WATCHVIN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM WATCH PURCHASE OR SALE DECISIONS INFORMED BY DATA IN THE SERVICE.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WATCHVIN IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
